is doing a sales internship worth it as a bsc bio student ????

the thing is i am doing bsc bio from a t9999 uni with subject combinations soo goated that i wont be eligible for any other msc specialization except msc biology

this degree has 0 scope in this country other than research wich is hard to get admisison in good clgs and even if you get the pay will be very less

now sales is my only way out and i think its possible due to the following

- i have decent english speaking/communication skills
- i look trustworthy
- i can handle insults without taking it personally

now i want to do sales internship but outside call center, like i'd be embaressed of myself soo i am looking for other options so plss enlighten me about that too
