Ryanair vs Wizz Air for flight to Krakow

So I'm going to Krakow from London for 4 days/5 nights to see Auschwitz, salt mines, etc and potentially a day to go to Warsaw and check out what the capital is like - Plus I like the idea of taking a train there from Krakow to go through some of the country and see what its like

I've only ever flown British Airways and American Airlines but wizz air, Ryanair etc seem to be fairly cheaper so idk if its really necessary to pay the extra for BA for a higher standard flight thats only 2.5 hours

The problem is it their flight times to krakow are terrible. I would have to get either a 6am flight or one that arrives at midnight basically - Both are bad because getting to the flight from my city south of London for 6am is a bit much but I can't really arrive at midnight because by the time I get out, get to my accommodation and sleep it could be like 2am and then I'll have to be up early to get to Auschwitz for 11am

Anyone done this similar trip/advice please? Thanks!
