DDD lower back issues!! Help!!

Seeking Support

Good morning! In 2024 I started having worsening symptoms- following the most emotional, life destroying breakup I have ever experienced. I lost 15 pounds (I was down to 110) and started having night sweats (which I now think are possibly perimenopause). I also started experiencing worsening knee/hip pain. My back has always been messed up (no answer to why) and an mri in September showed a herniated disc and two bulging discs. As well as ddd. I have times where my back pain becomes unbearable for a few days and then lightens up. I got another mri after six months of a semi physical job and it looks to be much worse. I have an appointment with a geneticist at the end of March, but I’m wondering if anyone here has back problems like this?? I am a 30 year old female. I feel like I will be in a wheelchair by the time I’m 60 and I’m honestly just scared!
