Looking for apt & roommates in Brooklyn or Manhattan by 03/01

Hi all, I'm currently looking for 1-2 roommates and a nice apt to live in the Brooklyn/Manhattan area by early March! I'd need a place with a relatively convenient commute access to Poughkeepsie and midtown Manhattan. My budget max is about $2.9K, and it would be great if there was an in-unit/building w/d.

I'm a 23 y/o Asian male working in tech that likes hanging out with friends, hooping, movies, music, trying new restaurants, etc. At home, I'm a pretty relaxed guy who likes to keep the place clean (dishes same day), quiet, and respectful of others' space (especially common areas!). I'll be WFH most days, but the schedule may change.
