Looking for zombie scenarios set in the modern day

Hello. I’d like to run a group of players through a pre-written scenario involving zombies and set in the modern day, and I was wondering if anyone knew of some good ones to check out.

My preference would be for those that provide a Resident Evil style experience that includes both exploration and social interaction with NPCs, but if not, that’s okay too.

System does not matter, as I plan to adapt that.
