Cat Flush Priority?

Just curious about which NPCs you guys are typically prioritizing sending cats to when you have multiple options.

I’m a ways into Act 2 and have been pretty keen on sending kittens to Tink whenever possible, but otherwise I feel like I’ve been spread pretty even and wonder if there’s anyone in particular I should be trying to focus down.
