Will laxatives hurt me

I’m 20F and I’m struggling with AN, and occasionally purging after I’ve eaten too much. Throwing up is becoming more and more risky for a few reasons, but I just cannot stand the feeling of being full, so I bought some laxatives. I know they say on the that they don’t help with weight loss but I need that feeling of emptiness. My question is will they hurt me if I’m taking them but I’m not actually constipated? I won’t exeed the dose on the box or anything
