First time dealing with Sedgwick

Long story short I got Influenza A. I went to urgent care to get treated. This turned into a whole fiasco when I realized I needed the work certification form signed to return. Luckily I got the same doctor I saw to sign it. I told her about how I had to sign a release form for my medical info so she may be getting a call. Then she was basically pissed and told me she never seen a job make an employee jump through so many hoops, and that she won’t be answering any questions regarding me and that it’s inappropriate. Sooo what is going to happen when Sedgwick wants verification of this certificate? I’m super scared to get denied because this sickness put me out for a week and a half straight. I would get like 10 points.
