Goodbye Friends

Dear ARC Raiders,

I still remember our first extraction together. The rush, the loot, the way the Arc looked in the moonlight… I thought we had something special. But things between us have been complicated from the start and its time for me to move on. I thought we were in this together, but I can’t live in this 'PvEvP' cycle of heartbreak anymore. Last night was the final straw—I literally put my life on the line to rescue a fellow Raider, only for them to turn around and gun me down before the dust even settled. I gave them a stim; they gave me a trip back to the Speranza. I have to be honest with you: You were just a fling. You were fun for a while, but I was really just passing the time until my true love came back to me. Resident Evil Requiem is finally here. They’re dark, moody, and they don't pretend to be my friend just to loot my corpse. They actually want me to enjoy the PvE without the constant fear of a 'thank you' bullet to the back of the head. Plus I'm a father now and I don't have the time or energy to continue to get my emotions played with. I know my worth and Resident Evil has always been there for me.

ps: My little girl says "Thank you friends" for all the friendly people she heard me thank on this fun adventure.
