^^So this is what was posted...
Am I reading this right? You know I'm really getting so sick and tired of parents turning nannying into housekeeping and some even expecting a nanny/housekeeper/private chef. If the children's father is doing all the hands on childcare tasks and you want to hire someone to just prepare stuff and clean your home, NEWS FLASH, you want a maid or a housekeeper not a nanny. Everything mentioned that the father will do is literally a nanny's job. I don't understand, why look for a nanny to clean your home, wouldn't you want someone trained to do so properly.
To all my new nannie's, job creep is real. Please remember what your job is why you're in this field. It's not to clean people's homes, it's because you love looking after children and helping them grow. Don't take jobs like this and if you do make sure you're being paid as a housekeeper should, usually $40/hr and up depending on the size of their home and the area they live in. They go after nannie's because they want to be cheap. Can we all as a collective start either a) ignoring jobs like this or b) take it but ask for money money.
I'm so exhausted yall😪
