Can I apply for Access Scholarship for Level 2 if I don’t take it for Level 1?

Hi,

I am planning to give CFA Level 1 in August. I have not registered yet, but I think I am late for the Access Scholarship for this window.

If I pay full fees and clear Level 1, can I apply for the Access Scholarship for Level 2 later?

Will not taking the scholarship for Level 1 affect my eligibility for Level 2?
