[TOMT] Standup Comedy bit about car horns

I’m looking for a standup comedy bit where the comedian goes on about how there should be multiple horns for different types of situations - angry horn, apology horn, friendly horn, etc. Then he keeps adding more and more until he thinks maybe it’s smarter just to have one horn that shouts “HEY!”

Does anyone know what im talking about? I’m 99% sure it was a male comedian
