Learning Spanish

Hello I am an adult learner. I would love to learn Spanish as I am in the medical field and often find myself struggling to communicate and relying on native speakers, interpreters, etc. I would love to be able to speak with my patients more effectively in their own language. Does anyone have some workbooks, guide books, videos, etc they recommend?
