Looking for rental house by owner

Hey everyone! I hope y’all are doing good.

is there anyone out there who knows someone looking to rent out their house starting in May? I’m looking for someone who owns the house they’re renting out directly to me. I would like to be done with property management companies.

The renters would be 2 responsible, employed, smoke-free adults with 3 cats.
