Should i apply for a new card now or not ?

Got swiggy hdfc cc last month around 12th with a limit of 110k, its my first ever Credit card. My cibil - 748. I want to apply for phonepe sbi, should i apply now or not, and wait for some more time for cooldown period. Any other card suggestions are welcome :)
