Hangar Showdown

So today in hangar Showdown, league 2, I was paired with teammates that had pulse cannons. Twice. I checked the last guys hanger and his inventory sp was less than my hanger sp.

I mean seriously why enter a tournament like that with starter weapons? I did manage to win the second match even though my teammate got killed within like 5 seconds in every round.
