Am I able to do anything about workplace harassment/bullying? England

I am a bartender working at a restaurant and I'm currently being bullied at work by my bar manager (longer post on my profile for important context), I have been employed since September and have recently come back to work after having time off after a car accident at the start of the year, however this harassment has been happening since I started and has only gotten worse.

I'm only worried I wont be able to do anything about this because I have no evidence (screenshots, voice notes, videos) and it'll be incredibly hard for me to get any of this because it's busy at work and he always says things unexpectedly.

I'm not entirely sure what to do because there are no hospitality unions that I'm aware of.
