Should I buy 2025 Content Pass if I have ESO+?

I’m mostly curious if ZOS said if the content from the 2025 Content Pass will be added to ESO+ in update 49?

I’ve got other stuff I’m working on achieving but also don’t want to miss out on the sale if it’s not being added. Is there anything else included in the content pass that might be worth it?
