Do you ever feel like maybe your insane?

Tldr version is I’ve been having a severe constant positional headache ( better when laying down, pain towards the back of my skull, vertigo, blurred vision , ringing in ears, dizziness since 2/4). It’s bad enough I agreed to get a lumbar puncture last Tuesday to rule out a csf leak, was normal, all the migraine cocktails and other medications have not made it resolve.

Now I’m having more neurological symptoms, tingling and weakness in my right arm which was blown off. ( MRI and CT done right after lumbar puncture were also normal so they refuse to admit something is up) I’m stuck in bed and relying on fiorecet and torodol to even make it through the day, but soon I will run out of those. Part of me thinks how could all these doctors be wrong? Am I just the problem? I’ve been chronically ill for 5 years and have started to give up hope.
