Can't acces UI url 8123

My HAOS, running on a VM on my Synology NAS, is experiencing an issue. Yesterday, I updated to OS 17.1, but now I can’t access http://homeassistant.local:8123/ or <ip>:8123.

The Home Assistant CLI indicates that everything is functioning correctly, and the Observer at local.4357 is working fine. However, I’m unable to access the UI.

I’ve even attempted setting up a OVA backup from last December, but I still can’t access the UI. After creating a completely new setup using a backup tar file from December, I’m still unable to access the UI.

I’m at a loss and would greatly appreciate any suggestions or insights you may have.
