Will they see my absences when I apply for pisay?

Good day or night everyone. I took quite a lot of absences during this school year and I plan to transfer to pisay through LAQE. Although... I have a lot of absences during this school year due to my illness... I also repeated a year because of the very same sickness I am battling now. It doesn't affect my grades, but will pisay consider my absences and my repeated year to reject my application for the LAQE? :((
