Loss of short-term memory when Windows PC is locked?

I noticed, that OpenClaw seems not to have access to any form of memory and cannot create new memories when I lock my (Windows) PC. Some form of dementia or AI-Korsakow-Syndrome... I run in circles and get contradicting answers. It isn't even able to get skills from ClawHub or even aware it has the ClawHub skill.

Anyone else had that problem or an explanation.
