My puppy needs help

he is 4 months old vesterday he start having convulsions (there is a video in another post i shared see it on mv account cause i can't add it here) which lasts 5sec and is verv frequent he can eat and raise his head i took him to vet todav and he said to qive him linco-mycin intra-mascular but after resenchina it it doesn't seem right what vou think i should do ?
