question about creative process!

hi! I'm thinking about starting my first junk journal and im curious about everyone's process? like, i understand it really is whatever you want it to be, but when you do pages, do you do them with the intention of finishing a page at a time? do you add to different pages over time? do you seek out things for a particular vibe or do you just grab whatever you have/find?
