Lack of interest in anything: meds of lingering depression?

I was wondering while I wait 2 weeks for a new psychiatrist, if my lack of interest in anything is still depression or my meds

I take 2 500mg acid valproate and 20mg total in a day of olanzapine (and prolonged release lithium but that never gave me issues)

I was told I'm better off without any antidepressant and only stabilizers (had an episode on antidepressants), but ever since stsrting this new regimen I just lose interest in anything within seconds, even typing this post (and I will most likely change meds because the weight gain is unbearable)

can't find info online and I've already been waiting for a month for my psychistrist appointment, if anyone has experienced this or if they think it's linfering depressive symptoms it would be of great help!
