Manager, Branding & Design

Salary Range: $76,000.00 - $114,000.00

The Manager, Branding & Design is responsible for guiding and supporting the successful translation and production of Brand USA’s brand strategy and aesthetic into creative marketing materials across print and digital communications, multimedia, and video productions. This role supports the execution of compelling, brand-aligned visual content for destination branding, trade and consumer campaigns, proprietary platforms, and international initiatives. The ideal candidate brings advanced design skills, demonstrated experience integrating Generative AI into production design workflows, and a player-coach mindset to standardize and teach AI-augmented practices that scale high-quality creative output globally.
