Meal card refund flex dollars

Hello,

East side Mario’s overcharged me for Valentine’s Day on my meal card. Called them quick after I noticed (yesterday) and they said they’d refund me same day. I noticed no change in meal money.

Should the refund be instant? Or do I wait?
