Pyro during Mexico City night 2

Wait, so was there pyro on night two? I saw a video, but I’m confused. G complained on night one when I was there that they had to scale down and not do pyrotechnics on night one due to city and venue permitting. I don’t understand how this could change over night. Anyone have thoughts?
