Hdphotohub users *Need Help*

Has anyone ever run into an issues where they (the photographer) just stopped receiving email notifications that someone has placed an order? It has started happening to me a week ago. Nothing on my email end is blocking the incoming email. No settings were changed that would affect it. 3 different calls to their support group and no solutions to address the issue
