Sensitivity lowers when I ult!

I must have messed with something in the settings at some point I imagine, When I ult my sensitivity lowers substantially and it makes it impossible to hit ults sometimes.

Most notably, When I play daji Ill ult up and must people can run away and juke me out because my sensitivity is so low, or anubis they can do circles around me easily when I ult.

Its only when I ult

What in the settings will fix this?
