Who are the biggest bottlers currently playing in the champions league?

I’d say unfortunately my club Arsenal are number 1 by far and then you have clubs like Borussia Dortmund and Spurs a bit though they always have been trash not close to winning anything except last season where they finally won a trophy more recently than Arsenal. What do you think though?
