Exposure Time Enlarger

Hi!

I’m having some trouble with my exposure times and would appreciate your advice. I’m using a Leitz Focomat with an Elmarit lens and Fomabrom Variant 111 paper. I don’t know the exact bulb, and I’m currently working without an ND filter. My exposure times at f.11 are around 2 seconds, which feels too short and I would like to keep the aperture somewhere mid-range, rather going up to f.22.

What ND filter densities or exposure times have worked well for you?

Do you have any specific filter recommendations?

Also, what exposure times do you typically use in your darkroom workflow?
