How to take back money from a friend

Like a guy named X in my building,who is approx 20 yrs old used to play football with me and he's a semi professional footballer,who plays in different states

In january samtart he was yapping about his family that they arent sending him for 1st divisional play,in uttar pradesh,he was sad and wasnt playing football in the ground(where normally immatures play for fun in a society ground),so i had some money(around 5k),i gave it to him as in offline he is hella trustworthy and behaves like he is very close...i gave him 5k

He told he would return as soon as possible,at the most feb 1st week.

I called him at 3rd feb asking if he could arrange some because i had something in mind to spend on urgently,he said yeah,his father will do try arranging some 2 3k in few hours,though at 6 feb i asked once more,he said "kal parso tak bhej dunga",then it is 13th feb when i tried calling him,like hell yeah,every time i call its showing busy like at 2 am i call,then also busy,he aint replying to my texts too,and feels like dissapeared.

Then i got sus about him and asked my frnd to call from an unknown number, he picked up the phone and said"hello kon?",and i said "hello" he got suspicious qbout my voice,then i said my name,he started speaking in telugu,laughing with his friends and all,that shit,,i was frustrated and i dont know what to do,he was living with his uncle and aunty in my building,so i dont think so he told them about borrowing money from me,so what should i do now guys
