My Wii U is stuck on the loading screen after installing a theme

So I installed a theme via Utheme and when I tried to use it my screen just went to the Wii U startup screen. After a long while, nothing was happening so I turned off the console and turned it back on, and now it can’t boot into the console and it’s stuck on the loading screen. What is happening ?
