What’s the likelihood of getting a months-long shadowban removed?
I’ve been shadowbanned since October due to an auto-filter. My account is 8 years old and I’ve never had any issues with moderators. I know the reason why I was banned. From an auto-filter’s perspective, it looked like I was posting promoted content, though I really wasn’t (I posted a due diligence review of a financial service). If I had known that promo content was against the rules, I would have been more careful. Lesson learned.
Since then, I’ve deleted anything that could even remotely be considered problematic. I’ve sent something like 6 or 7 appeals because I didn’t want to look like I was spamming them. Should I start sending in daily appeals, or would that just hurt my case? Is there any hope of it getting lifted? I’ve spent a lot of years building up this account so this is a huge bummer to deal with.
