Need recommendation for how to read The Dark Tower series.

I’ve been making my way through King’s entire bibliography and I’m about to start “The Dark Tower III: The Waste Lands.” Is it best to keep reading how I’m reading, in the order all his books were written, or from here on out just read the dark tower series (in the order they were released, of course)?
