Razer Blade 15 2018 Temps

I changed the termal paste on my Razer Blade 15 2018 with 1060 because my GPU temps were high when playing (91°C on rdr2). (Arctic MX-7 and Arctic TP-3)

After I did that, it went down to 85°C max. But the CPU sometimes spikes to 100°. Individual cores. Like when playing RDR2 Core 0-3 usually sits at 95°C and sometimes they spike to 100° individually for a split second. Sometimes nothing for half a minute. Sometimes they light up 5 times in 5 seconds. Not all together. Sometimes just one or two.

Are those normal temperatures? Is that Notebook supposed to run that hot? And yes. Airvents are clean. Cooling system is not damaged. Did i use too much paste?
