I can't continue the ED-E quest

So i ran into a problem that i need a to find the keyword to activate ED-E and the only keyword i haven't tried is the enclave, but all former members of the Enclave are already in the remnants bunker and i can't access them. Is there anyone else that talks about the enclave or am i just unable to finish the quest?
