Hey guys, my SaaS launched less than a month ago and I’ve already had over 2000 visitors on the landing page. Obviously it’s not insane numbers, I’m not going to pretend it’s 100k hahaha, but honestly for a fresh launch, especially without a big audience behind it, I think it’s pretty solid. And more importantly, the interesting part isn’t the number itself, it’s how I got there, because it’s something you can actually replicate.

Before even launching the SaaS, while I was still building it, I took the time to define a simple traffic and marketing strategy that I forced myself to follow. Nothing fancy, no 50-page marketing plan, just a clear routine. And once that was set, I started applying it before my SaaS was even indexed on Google. Yes, that means I was already bringing people in before the product officially existed. And that was intentional.

One of the biggest mistakes I made in the past was waiting until everything was perfect before starting marketing. That’s a trap. Marketing isn’t a switch you turn on when you launch. It’s something you build over time. You need to test, observe, understand what attracts people, what makes them click, what makes them stay, and what makes them leave.

So instead of talking about my SaaS, I started talking about the problem it solves. That’s a huge difference. Nobody wakes up thinking “I want to try a new SaaS today.” People think about their frustrations, their inefficiencies, their pain points. So I shared experiences, commented on discussions, replied to people dealing with that problem, and sometimes just talked about my own struggles related to it. That’s how the first visitors started coming in.

At the beginning it’s slow, I won’t lie. You post something and get 4 likes and 30 views and you feel like you’re talking to a wall hahaha. But what most people don’t realize is that traffic compounds. Someone sees you once, ignores you. Then sees you again later. Then maybe clicks. Then maybe comes back. Awareness builds slowly, but it builds.

At the same time, I also tested Meta ads with small budgets. Not to make money immediately, but to learn. I wanted to understand which messages generated curiosity, which angles people reacted to, and which ones were completely ignored. And that’s where you learn the most brutal lesson. The things you personally think are your strongest selling points often aren’t the ones that attract people. And sometimes, something you barely cared about becomes the main hook.

And I tracked everything. Every traffic source, every campaign, every angle, every post. And yes, full transparency, I used my own SaaS to do that, because that’s literally why I built it in the first place. I was tired of operating blindly, doing marketing actions without knowing what actually worked. Tracking removes the illusion of progress and replaces it with real clarity.

Another thing that mattered a lot was consistency. Not posting 15 times one day and disappearing for 3 weeks. Just showing up regularly. Testing, observing, adjusting. It doesn’t feel impressive while you’re doing it, but over time it creates momentum.

What’s interesting is that when your product finally becomes ready, you don’t start from zero anymore. You already have people who know you exist. You already have traffic patterns. You already know what messaging resonates. You already have feedback loops. That makes the actual launch much smoother.

So those 2000 visitors didn’t come from luck. They came from small repeated actions, guided by observation and tracking. No hacks, no secrets, just structure and consistency.

And honestly, the most valuable part isn’t the 2000 visitors themselves. It’s the fact that now I understand exactly what brings traffic, and I can repeat it and scale it.

Much love guys.
