Roomate Needed

I am looking for a (male) roommate for Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027 semester. My current roomate is graduating. I am an EE major. I am tidy, clean, organized. I don't smoke, drink, bring people over night. I am a very chill person and won't get in your way. I only want a 9/10 month lease, and, ideally, I would want to be in a 2x2 with just one other roommate. My budget is around $800/900

I am looking for a neat, clean roommate so we don't have any issues. If you are interested please dm me.
