I'm having trouble with Tsuki's pass

I bought it in September 2025 and the game was running perfectly, except today, out of nowhere, it won't let me buy new furniture because it's asking me to buy the pass again (a pass you're supposed to buy only once). I restarted the app, cleared the cache, restored my purchases, and nothing worked. I've made a lot of progress, and it doesn't seem fair to have to buy the pass again, which costs about $10. Has this happened to anyone else?
