idk what i should call this

beginner artist here. i have an issue with the lack of engagement especially since i only started posting my stuff on tumblr not long ago. i rly want my not-very-good-since-i-just-started art to reach more people and i'm even ready to draw any request for free as long as i get to practice and gain more views. is there any advice i could use??
