DaVinci Studio 18.6 wont let me edit 4:2:2 10bit

Hello, i just got S5ii and tried to record some 4:2:2 10bit footage to test color grading but davinci wont let me edit it straight away, i had to transcode it through handbrake but when i looked through some posts I only find that the free version does not support 10bit?

Can someone shine some more light into this? Do I need to change my settings on my camera or update the Studio version (i see that version 20 is available)
