Testicular pain

I want to ask if anyone has experienced a connection between c19 and testicular pain? I had my first covid infection in autumn 23 and after some months i got epididymitis. They didn't find bacteria but was still put on antibiotics. It was very hard time and took some months to go away now its back and i am not sure if its from bacteria so before i take heavy antibiotics and kill my gut bacteria off i want to explore my options
