Instant download not letting me accept

So 3 days ago I bought ND tickets that were instant download and haven't been able to accept them I get an error when being transferred to Ticketmasters website.

Stubhub is telling me to wait 4 days cuz it's TM fault, and stubhub keeps sending me emails to make sure I accept the tickets which I've been trying to do.

anyone else have this problem or help..TIA
