How do I stop caring what people think?

So I’ve (24) known I’m trans ftm for at around 8 years and have been out to friends for the last 4 years. I transitioned socially and as much as I could physically without being on hrt in college. My family is very religious and due to circumstances out of my control I had to move back in with them about a year and a half ago. Since then I’ve had to suppress my self again pretending to be a girl, go by my deadname, not dress how I want but still masculine, and have had to take out my piercings and grow my hair out to my shoulders just to stop their comments. I know they know I’m trans but they say it is an ‘identity issue’ and I’ll get over it. And I’m over it. I want to transition medically my dysphoria is just getting worse, and I’m going to talk to my psychiatrist about it my next appointment. I can only risk being on hrt at the moment because no matter how much I need top surgery it isn’t an option due to my job being physically demanding and I can’t take the time off to recover even if I some how got the surgery. My problem is how do I stop caring what they think? It’s even effecting me at work because they can show up at anytime but I said fuck it and go by my chosen name and I just cover up my name tag whenever I see them. I can’t afford to move out right now but I can’t live like this anymore. I just want to be myself and feel alright in my body. Any advice is appreciated
