How to Creation Club???

Honestly, what on earth is this?
I just wiped my game for a fresh install on a new drive and wanted to install only parts of the AE upgrade individually, without some of the utter trash in there. First of all, WHAT IN THE GODDAMN KENTUCKY FRIED FORNICATION is this UI? Second, "My Library" doesn't even show every Shor forsaken creation from the AE Upgrade.
No biggie, they're under a different tab. Proceed to download.
Alternative armors went just fine. Then it kept happening: COULDN'T CONNECT TO THE BETHESDA NET SERVERS
Again and again. Tried installing a different thing. COULDN'T CONNECT TO THE BETHESDA NET SERVERS.
Did the usual troubleshooting: restart router, restart pc, log out and log back in, the whole shebang.
After a while I successfully downloaded Arcane Archer. Tried downloading another creation. COULDN'T CONNECT TO THE BETHESDA NET SERVERS.
Fuming at this point. Try "install all owned creation club content" to see if that works. Of course it does. Cancel download and head back to downloading individual mods. Can you guess what happens next? COULDN'T CONNECT TO THE BETHESDA NET SERVERS
Alright, screw it just download it all and delete the unwanted stuff individually.
IT DOESNT EVEN LET ME DO THAT, CAN'T FKN DELETE INDIVIDUAL CREATIONS FROM THE UPGRADE.
Try "delete all". Does literally nothing. Ragequit and play with my cats to cool down.
"Meh, if the ingame menu doesn't let me delete individual mods, might as well just delete the stuff manually from the data folder. Can't be that hard to figure out which is which."
