I can’t get myself to break up with my boyfriend (24F)

I have been with my partner for about a year and a half. And from the start we basically started living together. Ive had my own apartment since we met and he lived at home. I am currently 24 and he is currently 29. I pay all the bills, I work full time but I have a job where I get a lot of privileges. He does “real estate” but he never actually pulls in money. We never talked about moving in together but somehow he stayed over one night and never left. And as I said from the start we never discussed living together. We were drinking a lot together because I was freshly out of a relationship and drinking a lot at that time. Since we have been together I have drank less and he has drank more. He wakes up late every day usually afternoon/ late afternoon and he’s hungover most of the time. He hasn’t helped me pay rent the entire time and I ask him to start helping and he doesn’t take me seriously it feels like.

I want a man that I can respect and look up to, he seems lazy to me. No ambition.

I have it all and I expect that from the men I date as well. He said he did real estate and seemed put together to me.
