(Early Act 3 spoilers) Are there ANY merchants left in the Citadel that can sell me shard bundles?

I just beat Grand Mother Silk and got the "good" ending. Now I have to rescue the Bestest Girl from the Bell Eater, but Bell Eater is currently kicking my ass despite all of my best efforts. All those deaths means shard bundles are needed. Unfortunately for me, I was careful to buy all of 12th Architect's goods before I finished Act 2 because I didn't know what would happen to her. I was happy to see her alive, bought a decent amount, went off and failed at killing Bell Eater enough times to need more shard bundles, then I came back and she was DEAD.

For the record, I have just about all the tools, I've upgraded my Needle x3, my silk supply has been increased by nearly double, and I've been looking at guides on how to beat Bell Eater to no avail. I wouldn't say I'm good, but I'm persistent, and I played Hollow Knight until Pure Vessel broke me. I've been maining Weaver Crest since I got it because I like the distribution of red/blue/yellow crests and I like that you earn more silk after binding. Also I can't stand diagonal pogoing so those are straight out.

So, am I screwed or are there any other merchants in the Citadel that sell shard bundles? I'm drowning in rosaries but nothing to spend them on, and having to farm shell shards against harder enemies in order to probably lose against Bell Eater again is really really putting a damper on my desire to continue Act 3.
