just one puff

i "quit" cold turkey 4 days ago and i just took a hit a few mins ago. it was easier than i thought it would be at first but when i got nothing going on and im alone with myself i get the urge to take a hit. and i just did. im trying to quit for my own health. ugh i was doing well man. starting over!
